Owners Jared Wade and Zontaye Richardson have 25-plus years of combined experience in the field in caring for individuals with disabilities in the areas of job coaching, case management, behavioral support, and direct care services. We​ also have over 15 years of experience working in a group home setting. We have achieved many accolades and awards for our commitment to excellent customer service with the individuals we serve.​
